What can CranioSacral Therapy help with?

Due to the effects on the central nervous system, CST often improves stress-related physical symptoms including: headaches (including migraines), fatigue, anxiety, poor digestion, and jaw pain associated with the temporomandibular joint (TMJ). Clients who experience neck, back, and other joint pain, also have experienced relief.

Is CranioSacral Therapy a good fit for me?

The subtle, light touch techniques involved during CranioSacral Therapy (CST) sessions can benefit most individuals. Clients who have not alleviated symptoms with other treatments, may find relief with CST. However, CST works well in conjunction with other modalities. We are happy to provide a complementary phone call to answer any of your questions or concerns and to ensure that CST/ MHT, Inc. is a good fit.
