Led by an experienced and compassionate therapist, Erin Manchester has always utilized a client-centered, holistic approach. While working with children and youth who had experienced trauma, it was vital to build a rapport based on trust, safety, consistency, and nurturing. Erin incorporates a trauma sensitive approach, creating a safe, neutral space while staying grounded when working with clients in her private practice. CranioSacral Therapy, SomatoEmotional Release and/or Reiki techniques are incorporated, prioritizing the needs and preferences of the client and are unique to each therapy session.

Mental health has always been a priority to Erin, both personally and professionally.
As a complimentary modality, CranioSacral Therapy can be very effective in the healing process following significant or traumatic experiences, and/or injuries. Erin incorporates a trauma sensitive approach, creating a safe, neutral space while staying grounded when working with clients. CranioSacral Therapy, Somato-Emotional Release and/or Energy Healing techniques are incorporated, prioritizing the needs and preferences of the client and are unique to each therapeutic session.

Erin Manchester, MS, OTR/L, BCP is an experienced, licensed occupational therapist with a Board Certification in Pediatrics. Erin received a Bachelor's of Science degree in Occupational Therapy from Utica College of Syracuse University and an Advanced Master's Degree in Occupational Therapy from A.T. Still University of Health Sciences.
Erin has worked with children with hearing loss who utilize cochlear implant technology to access spoken language and adults in various rehabilitation settings, skilled nursing facilities, and home care.

Following a transformative experience as a community health educator in the US Peace Corps in Moldova, Erin worked as a pediatric OT. She worked primarily in an educational setting with students who struggled with social-emotional challenges, including complex trauma and sensory processing difficulties. The use of mindfulness, yoga, and trauma-sensitive approaches were instrumental in creating a safe space and helping students build resilience. Erin has worked with children with sensorineural hearing loss who utilize cochlear implant technology to access spoken language
and adults in various rehabilitation settings, skilled nursing facilities, and home care.

During a clinical fieldwork at a local hospital, Erin experienced the powerful effects of CranioSacral Therapy (CST) on a clients’ physical and emotional well-being. This unique experience became an area of interest and eventually led to a different career path. Wanting to transition to a holistic and hands-on healing practice, Erin pursued advanced CST training through Upledger Institute. Erin completed her Reiki Master level training in Usui Reiki Energy Healing.
