Following a transformative experience as a community health educator in the US Peace Corps in Moldova, Erin worked as a pediatric OT. She worked primarily in an educational setting with students who struggled with social-emotional challenges, including complex trauma and sensory processing difficulties. The use of mindfulness, yoga, and trauma-sensitive approaches were instrumental in creating a safe space and helping students build resilience. Erin has worked with children with sensorineural hearing loss who utilize cochlear implant technology to access spoken language
and adults in various rehabilitation settings, skilled nursing facilities, and home care.

Erin is an experienced, licensed occupational therapist with a Board Certification in Pediatrics. Erin received a Bachelor's of Science degree in Occupational Therapy from Utica College of Syracuse University and an Advanced Master's Degree in Occupational Therapy from A.T. Still University of Health Sciences.

Erin has worked with adults in various rehabilitation settings, skilled nursing facilities, and home care. She continues to work with children with sensorineural hearing loss who utilize cochlear implant and hearing aid technology to access spoken language.






       

During a clinical fieldwork, Erin experienced the powerful effects of CranioSacral Therapy (CST) on a client's physical and emotional well-being. This unique experience became an area of interest and eventually led to a different career path. Erin pursued advanced CST training through Upledger Institute and completed her Reiki Master level training in Usui Reiki Energy Healing.
