How can CranioSacral Therapy (CST) help me?

When should CranioSacral Therapy be avoided?

There are some diagnoses or events that may present a potential risk to the client and CranioSacral Therapy is NOT recommended, such as: - Recent stroke, traumatic brain
    injury (TBI), or skull fracture
 - Cerebral hemorrhage, aneurysm,
    or acute cerebral vascular 
    condition with an active brain
    bleed
 - Recent brain or spinal surgeries
 - Change / increase in
    cerebrospinal fluid pressure, or
    epidural leakage of
    cerebrospinal fluid (CSF).
 - Arnold Chiari Malformation or
    brain herniation
 - Recent epidurals (6+ wks post).
 - *Dysautonomia (*not treated at
     this office)

     Please discuss any concerns
     about receiving CranioSacral
     Therapy with your medical
     provider. 
We may request
     medical clearance 
by prior to
     scheduling an appointment.

What should I wear? 

Clients remained fully clothed during CranioSacral sessions.
Please wear comfortable clothing, preferably not jeans, if possible.

What type of payment
do you accept?

Cash, check, and credit cards, including HSA/FSA cards, are accepted forms of payment. Payment is due in full on the day  of the session. 

Please note, a processing fee will be added to all credit card (and HSA cards). Current fees are posted in the office. Cash and check will not incur additional fees. 
 

What is your cancellation and late arrivals policy?

Please note, we require at least 24 hours notice of cancellation or rescheduling appointments or there may be a $50 charge for the missed session.
Late arrivals will receive the remainder of the time scheduled and full payment is expected. We understand that emergencies / unexpected events occur, so please communicate your needs with the office. 

Do you accept  insurance? 

Manchester Holistic Therapy is an out-of-network provider, thus you may be eligible for partial reimbursement. Upon request, we can provide you with a Superbill (detailed receipt) which you can submit to your health insurance provider.  

EQUITY is very important to us and financial hardship should not be a barrier to access services that clients feel improve their health and well-being. Please call the office to discuss further.
